Traci Grabb Having called the Catalina Foothills home since 1974, Traci Grabb is deeply committed to helping
preserve the character and lifestyle of our beautiful neighborhood. Like many long-term foothills residents, she believes
it is time to participate and be of assistance to the Board. So much of her enjoyment of our community is due to the work
of the Board, be it signage and streets, architectural review, and adherence to the CC&R's.
Traci will
utilize her background in sales, marketing, management, and construction to mediate the delicate balance of preservation and
change while protecting our neighborhood's unique character.

Jean Paine, Pool Chair As a new resident of Catalina Pueblo, Jean Paine has been very impressed with how
lovely the area is and how everyone cares about maintaining their property. She loves older homes that are authentic to an
area. She comes by this naturally as she and her husband, John, spent the last 14 years restoring a 200 year old Pennsylvania
farm house, primarly with their own sweat and love.
Jean retired from educational Testing Service after 21 years.
While at ETS she was a program director for the Advanced Placement Program (AP) and the College-Level Examination Program
(CLDP). She loved working with colleges and universities, as well as dedicated teachers and professors.
Jean has
served on the boards for several organizations including Bowmans Hill Wildflower Preserve, Questers, Childrens Home Society,
League of Women Voters and Brookside Swim/Tennis Club.
