We choose to live in Catalina Pueblo because of its unique architectural character; the quality and high level of maintenance exhibited by its homes, landscaping and common facilities; and the strong sense of community shared by its residents.

Catalina Pueblo residents enjoy beautiful, mature landscaping and gently curving streets shared by walkers and cars alike plus numerous, secluded pathways for your walking pleasure.

While enjoying the bustling area of Campbell & Skyline where La Encantada, Gallery Row, Paloma Village Center and Plaza Colonial each have a corner and proudly present some of Tucson's finest restaurants, well-known and respected galleries, upscale shopping and leading spas, few people realize that they are only a block or two away from one of Tucson's most charming, desirable and quiet residental communities, the Catalina Pueblo.

This appealing community, built in the 1970's has 108 townhomes, 3 community swimming pools and many charming walking paths and common areas. And, it boasts one of the lowest HOA dues in the entire area: $500 annually.

To get the feel of this enchanting community, scroll down on the page to see various photos of its streets and walking paths. On the next page, you'll find random photos of many of the homes.

When you walk to the East end of Maria you come to a set of stone steps. Many walkers turn around there.. You don't need to. The stairs descend into a wash and you are most welcome. If you walk through to the North you will see the lovely garden Sandra has made. You can see many native and desert adapted species. You may even see Sandra in the early morning. Shortly you will come to another set of stone steps and these take you to the neighborhood behind us.

From there walk West and you will come out to Posada. If you stay in the wash, walk South and turn left at the end of the wall. You are on the way to Starbucks. Walk further South and you are back on Pueblo.
